This specimen conists of a cleaved, partial Carletonite crystal. It shows some evidence of tetragonal form and has pale blue and white color zonation. Its luster ranges from vitreous to pearly to nearly dull, and it is essentially opaque. There is no host rock present, and the piece is affixed inside a plastic specimen box.
