GERSDORFFITE
Specimen ger-1

$ 63.00
Dims: 1.1x0.8x1.0" (2.8x2.1x2.5 cm)
Wt: 1.33 oz. (37.6g)
Ait Hamane, Morroco
Except for a few small quartz crystals, this specimen is entirely gersdorffite. Much of it appears massive in form, but the original surface is covered with scores of intergrown tetrahedral crystals. The metallic gray color of these crystals is typical.

Dims: 1.4x0.8x1.2" (3.6x2.0x3.1 cm)
Wt: 1.18 oz. (33.4g)
Ait Hamane, Morroco
This specimen consists of a cluster of gersdorffite crystals on a base that is roughly half calcite and half gersdorffite. There is also a substantial amount of green annabergite, both as thin crusts and as thin veins of the mineral. The gersdorffite crystals are very good, taking the form of heavily intergrown tetrahedrons, the largest of which is wider than 4mm.

Dims: 1.3x0.9x1.1" (3.4x2.4x2.7cm)
Wt: 1.32 oz. (37.3g)
Ait Hamane, Morroco
This is a very aesthetic specimen of gersdorffite. It is almost entirely gersdorffite, with a few crusts of annabergite. The base is almost massive, being composed of very tiny crystals. But perched upon it are two nodules of tetrahedral intergrown crystals, making for a very interesting appearance.
