This specimen is composed entirely of eudidymite, in the form of a book of thin, platy crystals which are white, translucent, and have a pearly luster. They also appear to have a splintery fracture, and I cannot detect any indications of crystal edges or terminations - all surfaces (possibly excluding the flat faces of the crystals) appear to be fracture surfaces.
