At least 2 intergrown Clinoptilolite crystals rest inside the hollow basalt base of this cabinet specimen. Each crystal has approximate dimensions of 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.5" (2.3 x 2.0 x 1.2 cm) and is in fair to poor condition, as each is broken and incomplete. Where intact, however, they have very good monoclinic form and a platy, aggregated habit. Their milky-white color, pearly luster and translucence/dim transparence strongly resembles that of heulandite.
